  • Formatting Requirement
    • For Fiction & Essays – 12-pt, Times New Roman, Double-spaced, with 1″ margin. Minimum 1000 words.
    • For Poetry – Single-spaced, title and line breaks preserved. Submissions can be up to 5 poems or 10 pages.
    • Reviews & Interviews should be between 1000-1500 words.
    • For Visual Art & Comics – High resolution JPEG or PNG (300dpi), include captions, dimensions and medium.
  • A brief cover letter (100 words max) stating the category of their submission and a one-sentence thematic note (optional). A 50-word author/artist bio with contact information and relevant credits along with a professional photograph.
  • Notification & Acceptance – Review period is of 4 weeks. Final decisions and feedback will arrive within 4-5 weeks.
  • AI & Plagiarism Screening
    • All submissions must be the author’s own, previously unpublished work (author must notify if the work has been accepted elsewhere).
    • We screen every manuscript and artwork using industry-standard plagiarism-detection software and AI-generated-text detection tools.
    • Any submission found to exceed acceptable similarity thresholds (typically 10%–15% overall, or significant unattributed chunks) or to contain undisclosed AI-generated content will be rejected outright.
